All this talk about buying our first home and I forgot to mention how I met and am now partnering with Norris Bishop Realty, LLC to start helping them with Real Estate Photography.
I met Norris at the closing of our house in mid to end of July. He was the realtor of the family that previously owned the home, so he sat through closing day as we signed all those papers. By the way, it is true what they say. I literally felt like I signed my life away!! Anyway, the attorney got to a paper that acknowledged our jobs and positions and he asked, "who's the photographer and who's the teacher?" We all had a good laugh and then every one around the table wanted a business card.
I got to talking to Norris about the housing market and the photos that were posted online for viewers. We both agreed there was a need for better quality photos for potential buyers. Agreeing that it would help the buyers get a better idea of what the home looked like with a nicer presentation, that is.
I received a phone call from Norris, during our big move, with the first home that would begin our partnership, 2 Old Tram Road. I immediately looked it up on Zillow and Trulia. This home is a beautiful, spacious home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. No surprise this home is gorgeous with how much square footage and land it holds. It is truly a home worth viewing especially with it being in a great neighborhood.
